The Social CRM Research Center e.V. (SCRC) is a non-profit institute, foundet in 2014 and based in Leipzig, Germany.
As a holistic approach, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) forms, Data Privacy and Smart Management Systems for Energy Communities are the scope of Work of the institute. In national and international research projects, the SCRC combines innovative technologies with CRM. As a result, the institute creates a platform for researchers, companies, system providers and students. The goal is the development and education of interdisciplinary knowledge as well as the transfer into practice. This is done on the basis of events or by operating of a demonstration laboratory, where business processes are modeled, visualized and tested with the latest technologies. In Field of Smart Energy Management Systems the institute is developing and operating on software moduls for the management und engagement in renewable energy ecosystems. In addition, the SCRC advises interested companies in the early stages of innovative projects and designs concepts to enable associates and collaborators.
