On September 8 and 9, 2023, the "Training of Trainers" event of the project "Improving the efficiency and attractiveness of vocational training for electricians" took place in Leipzig, Germany.
The training was organized by Social CRM Research Center, Leipzig (SCRC) and Schnellkraft Personalmanagement GmbH, Eschborn and took place at the University of Leipzig. During the event, the representative of the project coordinator, Karl Schmid, presented the current status of the project and the further planned project activities.
The meeting also included the following presentations:
- Introduction to Moodle, interactive elements, and navigation - Mihails Kijaško from partner RTA, Latvia
- Course designing: teaching-learning methods tailored to the target group - Mária Hartyányi from partner ITStudy Hungary Kft.
- Presentation of Trainers Manual - Mária Hartyányi partner ITStudy Hungary Kft.
During the meeting, quality management and dissemination activities were also discussed and the necessary contents of the 5th Partner meeting in Gödöllő, Hungary from 18-19.01.2024 were discussed.
